I was reading one of my favorite topic called "The Watchdog," the columns, investigative reports and product recalls at star-telegram.com/watchdog, in our local newspaper one day in January and found the paragraph under "A Penny For Your Pet Peeve; Keep The Penny" saying," David of Irvine: "A ticket I got in Round Rock for a license plate rim that bareley even touched the top of the word 'Texas.' It ended up costing me $445. And that is why I was pulled over. It was not for speeding or anything."
That made me decide to remove the license plate rims from both of our cars so we won't get a ticket and we do not have any cent to pay the fine. I thought it's a crazy idea.
