We finally had the new roof on Monday, June 1st after receiving the check from the home owner insurance company. We were the only one who wanted to leave the old shingles on when we had a new one put on them and they had to remove the old shingles from the trim, corner and top of the roof before they placed the new shingles. The removal would charge us $900.00 and we also didn't need the rain gutters replaced the saved us another $900.00 so we didn't have to pay any cent for deductible.
Third load of new shingles. Part of old shingles that were removed. Old vent made of plastic. I covered some holes with some duct tapes the day after the hail storm. Damaged by the hail storm New vents made of metal

I'm deaf since birth from the Waardenburg's Syndrome. I survived oral and mainstreamed programs without interpreter until I attended the residential deaf school at age 15. Employed with Hewlett-Packard after graduation, enjoyed raising my two hearing boys at home, attended community college for a year, and later employed with Itronix Corporation for almost 7 years. I'm married to a wonderful husband, Dick for 10 years. God is good to us. We are happy living in Texas. I started taking some classes at the college in August 2007.
