We had a hail storm late Monday night and we could feel a strong viberation on the walls when we watched out of the window and I could hear loud bangs on the roof when I turned up my hearing aid volume. Both of our cars were in the garage at that time. The air vents on the roof had been damaged and we will have them replaced soon. There are dents on our neighbors' cars and some others with cracked windshields. The next day I saw three cracked windshields in the back of window repairman's truck when I stopped behind of it at a stop light.

I'm deaf since birth from the Waardenburg's Syndrome. I survived oral and mainstreamed programs without interpreter until I attended the residential deaf school at age 15. Employed with Hewlett-Packard after graduation, enjoyed raising my two hearing boys at home, attended community college for a year, and later employed with Itronix Corporation for almost 7 years. I'm married to a wonderful husband, Dick for 10 years. God is good to us. We are happy living in Texas. I started taking some classes at the college in August 2007.
