Here's Come Hurricane Ike

I received the pictures from Brent, the former student of the college in Big Spring, Texas where Dick taught in a Facebook page. He was trapped in a traffic jam near Houston during the evacuation due to the coming of Hurricane Ike when he went to a grocery store five miles from his home.
I told Dale that Ike was trying to reach his birthplace that was in Denison, Texas where the former President Eisenhower was born and he said he thought it was funny. He was going to tell it to my dad. We will have a lot of rain and strong wind tomorrow but we are not sure since the weathermen kept changing their news. When I went grocery shopping in four stores this afternoon, there were so many people buying some food. A couple bought a new large cooler. We had filled up our Explorer with gas yesterday and Dick filled our Focus with gas this afternoon.
